Film noir - audience questionaire

to begin with i made a questionaire which consisted of not many questions as one of them was accidently repeated. i only noticed this after around 5 people had completed the questionaire. this is it below.

as you can see there is a minimal amount of questions. so after this i decided to ask just a few more questions to make the questionaire more worth while as seen below.
